TerraTex® GE116 is a needle-punched nonwoven geotextile made of 100% polypropylene staple fibers, which are formed into a random network for dimensional stability. TerraTex® GE116 resists ultraviolet deterioration, rotting, biological degradation, naturally encountered basics and acids. TerraTex® GE116 conforms to the properties listed as per Table 1-10-2, Extra Heavy, of AREMA Manual of Railway Engineering, pg. 1-10-7, (2013)
