TerraCell® Geocells

TerraCell® is an innovative geosynthetic cellular confinement system made of high-density polyethylene strips. These strips are ultrasonically welded to form an extremely strong, honeycomb configuration. A variety of fill materials may be placed within TerraCell®: soil, sand, aggregate, concrete, etc. The TerraCell® system with fill material can solve a variety of engineering and construction challenges.

TerraCell is a three-dimensional cellular system that provides confinement and reinforcement to granular material. It can be used for load support, erosion control and retaining wall construction.
